I’m Kels and here’s how I came to be a Fatloss Coach. After having my 1st daughter I gained 100lbs. I went on all the diets to try and lose the fat Id gained, Id last a few days, but by the weekend I’d be back to my normal habits again, feeling guilty that I had yet again failed. It took me a while to figure out why I kept failing and it was simple! Most of the diets out there are just not sustainable and way too restrictive. I wanted to eat with my family, have takeaways & drink at the weekend without feeling like I’d ruined all my efforts. So I worked out that actually all the diets had one thing common! Calorie Deficit. I lost 100lbs and kept it off, I eat the foods I want & don’t miss out on anything. Can I teach you to fit your diet into your lifestyle and not the other way round? Absolutely!
Hi!! I’m Jaxs and I am a Level 3 PT and Fitness Coach. 4 years ago I weighed just under 17 stone and decided that before I was 40, I wanted to lose 40 lbs. Well, I lost a bit more than that in the end. I lost 94lbs in total!! There was many a time that I wanted to just give up. But each time that thought entered my mind, I’d see some progress, whether that be I’d walk or jog a bit further, lift weights for more reps or lift heavier or the most important one, look back at progress pictures and notice I had lost inches and be able to get clothes on that I’d not worn for years!! That definitely kept my mojo alive!! So, I’m here to help keep you motivated and get you moving!! Whether its 5, 15 or 50 mins each day, little and often, you will see results!!

I have regained my love of walking thanks to our group & mini challenges. I'm learning about foods, logging daily & I can have chocolate or crisps if I choose as long as I don't hog it. The members are super helpful and Kel kicks our arse when we go AWOL. Just joking she is very inspiring and helpful. She will always get back to you with questions. Love her group I've lost 12lbs with Kelly so far.
I've been with Fatloss & Fitness for 2-months and loved every minute of it. I've lost 17lbs so far and it's been so fun on the way. I've tried all the diets out there, some worked (others didn't) but like Kel said I felt deprived and once I reached my target the weight went back on. The group is amazing, I like myself again, I'm more active and I'm trying new things every week. Can't wait for you to join us.
I've lost a stone since joining and am happier in myself! I don't feel like I'm on a diet day to day I just eat it and lot it!
The group is wonderful to be part of and although I'm not as active on there as others the support level for everyone is the same.
My only regret, is that I wish I had joined the group years ago.
This has been life changing for me, I have gone from being out of breath from walking up one flight of stairs to being on track for running my first marathon by the end of 2021. I can't recommend Fatloss & Fitness enough as the principle is simple and not convoluted or overly complicated like the diet plans I have tried previously.
Without a doubt the best way to get started if you're struggling to do it on your own. I didn't realise I needed help till I got it. Kelly kicks ass without kicking your ass. Lost 20lbs with her and the community she brings you into is an entirely different benefit of the program. It was more than just weight loss, I grew as a person.
At 69 years young I am on of the Nans of the group. I've lost 35lbs and have gone from zero exercise to 8k steps a day! The group is full of motivation, fun and laughter.
I never thought I would ever be back in size 14 cloths again, but watch this space, this Nan is going to do it.
